The Tornado rotary cutter handles the tallest grass and toughest mowing assignments including bushes. It can be used for chopping wheat, cornstalks, cotton plants and also for the maintenance of “set-aside” fields.
The Tornado RMD is suitable for tractors ranging from 35 to 80 HP and is available in cutting widths of 150 and 180 cm.
The top link is floating; the rotor blade holder is balanced and protected by a standard oval heavy duty stump jumper; the high carbon steel blades are free swinging to avoid possible damage when working against objects, stones and roots.
Heavy duty shielded Pto shaft with slip clutch safety is standard equipment. The Tornado rotary cutter comes with laminated tail wheel that can be adjusted to set the cutting height.
